Research around the world is showing the importance of diet in mental health disorders of all kinds. If we want to halt the epidemic of ADHD, Autism, depression, bipolar and schizophrenia in our children we have to take note of what they are eating. It is time to teach our children how to cook, to educate them on real food, and to provide them with adequate nutrition. We cannot turn our children's mental health over to doctors and medications. Their best bet for prevention and cure lies with us as parents.
